Our chat widget stores your in-progress conversation in your browser's session storage only, so it isn't lost if you navigate between pages - this is cleared automatically when you close your browser tab and is never sent anywhere except as part of the lead you choose to submit.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general traffic patterns) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which visits result in a quote request, a phone call, or a chat lead - this tells us whether our advertising is working, not who specifically is browsing. Both use cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and it's separate from the contact information you submit through a form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings.

How We Use Your Information

• Vercel Inc. - hosts this website and processes requests to it.
• Resend - delivers the email notification generated when you submit a quote request or chat lead.
• Google Analytics - provides aggregate, anonymized traffic and usage analytics for this site.
• Google Ads - measures which site visits result in a quote request, phone call, or chat lead, so we can evaluate our advertising.

Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through quote requests for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide and invoice services. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Your Rights
